I do my journalling/memory keeping in a blank TRP notebook (I love the crinkly pages too!) I like the blank notebook because if I miss a day here and there, it’s not a train smash.
Recently realised that I need a planner too because my life has no structure and my adhd is getting the better of me! (Can’t take methylphenidate anymore because it makes my already terrible headaches much worse). So I’ve ordered a Hobonichi Techo original . But I don’t want it to be only to do lists with a mostly blank page so watching your videos and getting ideas from you has been very helpful!❤ gonna have to sub now cause these videos are so nice 😊
