- Witness the meticulous craftsmanship as we painstakingly restore every curve, and every detail, bringing this 1990 Nissan 300zx back to its former glory. In this episode 4, we used bedliner paint to cover the underbody, sprayed the entire exterior with primer, and sprayed it with DBC base and clear.
We disassembled the rear suspension and removed the old subframe bushings.
I like this l, hopefully I can do this with my son one day.
shaved my engine bay, had to chop and swap rear quarter. just finalized that, refreshed the rear subframe. so much fun that one is! lol, working on underside now so i can respray body and engine bay. then get to assembling again, hasnt rolled in 5+ years

I thought raptor liner was a bad choice for undercoating, I've heard alot of stories about it cracking, have you had any problems with it so far?
great work there, i love the custom timber car cradle for rolling it over. i'll have to go watch the other 3 episodes now. i love my 1990 z32 2.0 had it for a bit over 20yrs now and never tried to sell it im just keeping it and my kids or grand kids can fight over it in another 15 yrs maybe.
