Thank you so much for the time you spent teaching us!! You explained everything so detailed and your voice is soothing to watch. Starting a drip cup as we speak
I’ve been making cups for two years and have yet to try this. Don’t know why it’s so intimidating to me. But yours is perfect! Thank you for sharing! 💕
Omg I love it!!! You’re so easy to watch. Your voice is so soothing :-) where can I find that decal?? And what epoxy are you using??? I love how long it takes to set up. Nice and thick would be good for the drips too so you don’t have to wait so long.
THe decal is from Etsy, I use Alumilite Amazing Clear Cast. And nice and thick is another option. THis video was made prior to that product being available. Thanks for watching.
@@VioletDoodlesBoutique thank you for responding :) do you use the regular or the plus? I tried the plus but for some reason none of my pieces get hard :/
Great video! Do you have any tips for getting a design that wraps around a cup ( like a long name or a chain design) on straight? Mine always end up crooked even if they’re only a few inches long.
I am the master of putting decals on crooked and have to start again. LOL! You can try applying your decals using the wet method. I keep wanting to get a laser to help with mine. HTV can be repositioned before adding the heat.
I ended up breaking it down into parts. Prep is first, then whatever design you do, followed by epoxy. This made it easier for people to find the pieces they needed help with. In the Marabu easy marble video, I did show a more comprehensive tutorial. ruclips.net/video/LAjpoMDMIUA/видео.html prep ruclips.net/video/mnbGPsC3XQY-/видео.html Marabu Easy Marble ruclips.net/video/HDJhMsWh3zg/видео.html epoxy

Thanks! You made my day! Have fun.
This drip effect would be perfect for snow whites poison apple! Maybe I'll get brave and try it! Fantastic tutorial.
Yes! That would look amazing! Great idea!
Best tutorial I've seen for the drip effect. Nicely done! I cant wait to try it.
Thanks! You are sweet!
Awesome... thank you for showing us how to do the drip technique. One of my future projects is to make a donut tumbler for my niece.
I have looked everywhere for this tutorial! Thank you soo much!
Glad it was helpful!

Thank you. I have had disasters as well. The key is definitely to not wait too long. Hot mess express!
Wow. Thank you for that you do in your tutorials.
My pleasure!
Such an awesome cup! Great tutorial, your cups are amazing.
Thanks!!
best guide for me to practice
Thanks
Do you have to paint over the spraypaint before doing the epoxy and drips, or can you skip the paint?
I was using a metallic acrylic paint so it needed a base. You can skip that.

I am using the regular. You might need to check the cure time for the newer product.
Love your videos
Thank you!

can you just add glitter into the epoxy for a glitter drip instead of the acyrlic paint?
That is one way. I wanted the opaque glow on this one.
With htv do you have to reverse it? Or was that just a preference?
You have to reverse it because the adhesive is on the side facing up.
what shelves are these behind you on your intro and outro that holds all your glitter?
These are just wooden shelves my husband and I made to fit the wall.
Would this drip method work for the beer pint tumbler?
Sure!
How do you get you sticker to cut all in one? Mine have to cut out separately.
I cut it on my Cameo. You should be able to cut a full decal without piecing it together.
You need to select all and attach
Where can I get the decal you used?
Etsy
When are you going to post the start to finish epoxy

Why not use spray paint?
You can. I just really loved this paint. It has a gorgeous shimmer from the added mica.
What would you sell this for?
One million dollars! Kidding, I would start something like this at $50.
I get waves on my cups. How can I avoid this?doesn't dry evenly
You may be using too much or the turner may not be level.
