There is a Comfey one trick player on my server who always runs drain crown, razor claw, and buddy barrier. They aren't even horribly bad at playing the character, they do the role fine enough. But like. How do they get a blue badge on Comfey without understanding the items? Crazy.
Given that the universe is constantly expanding infinitely, I’d argue that the chances we are alone in the universe are pretty much infinitely low. Technically a chance, but so low that it might as well be zero
Delphox has never been below B+ tier since its release IMO. Not at any point. I'd even argue A. Cause delphox has always had a place in the meta even when in that one point where it wasn't played much, it still was a beast
