I thought that MG was officially formed as a company/car manufacturer in 1927, with the introduction of the 14/28 which was a derivative of the Morris Oxford flat nose. The company was, of course under the direction of Cecil Kimber and Lord Nuffield owned MG until ownership transferred to Morris Motors in 1936.
The first Raworth bodied cars were built, advertised and sold in 1923 as The Morris Garages Bullnose Super Sports Morris. Hence the Centenary is 1923, NOT 1924
