    I can find no mention anywhere of the brother and sister in this video who started Bernadine.. Now its Eric Ripert. It's been more than twenty years since this video was first made. But the 90's don't seem that long ago to me.

    Love the whole fresh scallops on the shell if you can get them. The price is worth it and is considerable. Chef said the small parts are tough. I love them. Flavour trumps tough for me.
