Barely survived the heat - Dirt bike riding

Another dirt bike riding, and in this video you can watch me joining 2 friends after i was out for an hour and half by myself.
We went thru hard enduro track and didn't thought about the heat which was bad mistake. We found ourselves so exhausted from the heat and i managed finished all the water in my hydration pack and i barely managed to continue riding. - Even the bike got overheated.
After all it was a good riding but very exhausting.

The heat is such a killer. Here too in Arizona in the summer, if I'm not out riding by 5am I don't go, it's just too hot, can't carry enough water, bike overheats and it really beats you up. Cool place to ride, such a tough terrain. Thanks for posting!

Yeah, The heat is the problem in this time of the year. As you said, if it's not 5am then it's not worth going out. But the problem starts when you keep riding up to 10-11am, since you're so into the riding, and it's getting too hot while you're out of water :)

Matthias Roca I don’t known what’s worse, it will be 112 this afternoon but I think the humidity is worse, you must lose all hydration so much faster. Either place, it’s damn hot! 😎

We are hitting 116 deg F. If I get up at dawn it's about 90 deg F. I've been severely dehydrated. Its not fun.

Yeah, this is the range of the temperature we got here as well. After 8am, the temperature is raising pretty fast.

Actually, as you can see, the terrain in my area is pretty hard and nasty. But not all Israel is like this...
