My company in UAE has stopped taking pakistani workers as they have created nothing but trouble. pakistani workers were known to fight amongst each other and they used to beg on their free time. I mean on their day off they used to go to city center and beg for money. Police caught few of them and even penalized company. Final draw was when a pakistani manager working in accounts did a fraud of few thousand $, he was doing it for years but got caught when audit was done by an outside company. Management decided not to bring pakistani workers and replaced them with Indian, Phillipino and Nepalese workers.

It is a well known fact that Indian Sub-Continent was a one Nation and all the people living in this region were Hindus.Later on, some Muslim invaders came here with small Armies and they started converting peoples living here. So basically all the people living in the Sub-continent are Hindus.Tbe almost all the conversations were either due to fear or any greed.So all these conversations were not natural. Due to these forced conversations there is a feeling of discomfort in the entire region, because these such things never brings everlasting peace and tranquillity in the minds and in turn in the area.This problem was further complicated by drawing artificial boundary lines by the third party ,i.e.; Britishers, with some vested interest in their mind. In human history many artificial lines had been drawn but people living in that region have demolished such lines or boundaries because ethnically and culturally they are one and they have been divided in the name of religious state or any other pretext. The Muslim World still does not accepts the Muslims of Indian sub continent as Muslims they call them Hindi or Hindu but the Muslims of Indian sub continent still running after them , who looted thier ancestors and raped their mothers and sisters. So, the Muslims living in the Sub-continent must think about their origins, who are they ? from where they are? what is their identity?
The small abrasions during the thousands of years of human history are there but they never last long.
So, In this sub-continent, the only way of lasting peace and tranquility and for all round rapid development of the people living here is, reunification of sub-continent. Further, all people living in this sub-continent must return to their original religion,I.e.; Sanatan Dharm at the earliest, because all were Hindus/Sanatani something back.
We all the people living in this sub-continent must start an "Andolan" for removal of Redcliff line.
