For anyone filming in 4k, the proxy tip is essential if you don`t have a monster machine. You can also create a 1080p sequence, copy/paste the raw files from a 4k timeline over there, right click and choose "Set to frame size". Like many have done, I did the same mistake on my first sequence choosing "Scale to frame size" which will downscale the files so you won`t be able to upscale them again.

Hi, thank you for the comment, we decided to update the video as some of the ways to do it in the last video are no longer needed in the 2023 version, then we decided to add some extra tips as well as the same ones, and also making the video a lot shorter as our section about proxies was quite big.
