Bro why didn't u use bastion it seems good with sniper than odin.Long term gun i would suggest barracuda bcos there will mostly be nerf for ib and we don't know if it will still be good after nerf.But its still a good idea to get ib for now bcos its much easier to get frags in fair nowadays.
I'm saving battle coins for upcoming fairs in new seasons becaue , I upgraded barracuda at level 3 and now I need 1400 frags for getting on level 4 and 5.
