    Can you do something on how to make intervals and that sort of repetitive training more enjoyable? When I'm going for intervals I'm either staring at my garmin begging those minutes to tick over, or hoping the wind changes, so I don't enjoy the ride as much as when I just go, but if I don't train I'm kinda stuck at my current speed and distance caps so I can't go to new places.

    Grab some blankets and pillows and such for the room where you're recording your audio, it'll help a lot.
