That's cool. I reviewed an antlion headset not too long ago too. The Quest 3 Mic does have some weird popping issues that I think are related to the over processing you mentioned. This looks great attached to the hinge!
Yeah! It’s hard to hear on this demo but I love having an option to keep the audio fully separate. Being able to control it independently from the headset is huge!
So does the mod mic pick up sounds coming from the quest speakers? I usually have my quest speakers up pretty high and have had issues with feedback on the built in quest mic for vrchat. I do want to know if the noise cancellation is good enough for that.
No! I didn’t get any of that especially with the noise isolation mode. It was solid. I didn’t test with others but the recordings I did had no echo /reverb of quest audio leaking though
