I feel like each time you go to Pecos Bill they improve by increments. It's good to see that Disney is at least trying with this restaurant, and that each attempt improves instead of detracts from the restaurant. I'm honestly so happy that at least one quick service restaurant in Magic Kingdom is trying to be a better version of itself, and that there is at least one quick service in Magic Kingdom that I think we can call decent. Thank you so much for the review. As soon as I as the menu update I got so excited for your video.
@@PrincessandtheBear I checked the menu and everything looked vegetarian not vegan, so I wasn't sure if you would be able to review it - and I'm gad to see they were able to make modifications.
Ahh, Pecos Bill. The only time we were on a WDW trip that we did not stop at Pecos Bills was when it was actually closed, but you could still sit there and enjoy some air conditioning. Over 30 years ago my daughter actually had a hamburger there, sort of. She went to the fixins bar and loaded up on lettuce and pickles. I wound up with a half of a burger or so extra. At 2:30 or so when you needed a sit down it was a great place to go for a soda. and a sit.
What a good idea to ask for the crema on the bowl! I agree with Bear. The vegan version of the bowl should be in the app. I prefer mobile order and the regular line gets long there. Glad the flatbread is vegan and available in the app. Thanks for all you do as always! 💚🌱
I'm with you on the Cherry Coke braised beef- and that's coming from someone who made a glaze for a pork roast, out of a Peanut Butter flavored stout once (The glaze was awesome, but I didn't eat the protein I paired it with because I can't eat pork for health reasons). Also LOVING that Gummiberry Juice T-shirt, you and the Princess always have the most creative outfit options!

I remember it was late and so I just ended up having fries with ketchup and lettuce I got from the burger bar. LOL but anyway, cursed story aside, that vegan rice and bean bowl sounds good! The crema sounds awesome.
