Took plunge and fitted akrapovic weight loss 6-7 kg sound awesome even with baffles in retune from Ducati
Hells yeah! Finally! I removed my DB killer the next day. Wipe it down when its done. No oily spots from fingers broski. Mines currently untuned. But i preffer the pops from upshifting, and the fames from decelerating.
Is it louder with out the DB killer?

No DB and up-map... I have TOCE, but thinking about switching it with Termi when available.

@@HULK062k11 getting the OEM one off, one of the bolts is a real tight spot and is a pain. For the install it wasn’t too bad, but then again Ducati doesn’t make anything easy. But the end result is amazing. The sound is so good!!!

@@HULK062k11 yeah just give yourself a few hours like 3-4. Your gonna find you may need to run to the store for parts, tools, etc.

Try the silkolene full synth oil. Im using it for the last 3 years and its stayed clean allot longer

Awesome! can you check the desibel levels at 5000rpm with db killers? Want to buy this exhaust for my v2, but I need to know the desibel for riding at my local track.

Just out of curiosity, have you noticed a difference in the heat the bike produces with the aftermarket exhaust on. Given that it takes out large chunks of flow restriction?
Honestly I’ve noticed no difference in heat production…

I want to order this exhaust so bad! I just got a Ducati v2 and I have never heard a aftermarket exhaust in person (I don’t really see Ducati’s too often) but I wanted to get your opinion. Have you heard the akra or termi in person? If so do they sound the same as the arrow exhaust ?
All of the exhausts you named are louder than stock exhaust… each of them sound slightly different. I think the best sounding ones are the arrow and the akra
Is it much louder with the baffle in compared to the original one? Because here in Europe on trackdays, the restrictions are crazy...
It’s noticeable.... keep your baffle if you guys have heavy restrictions

Yup, a bunch of tracks have a noise limit. I ended up putting mine back in. Plus it saved my ears on long runs on the streets.

@@kataloganz Thanks for your response. I already fitted this exhaust on my SF V2 and looks and sounds AMAZING. I also installed the servo eliminator module but the CEL is still on. Going to get a tune and high flow air filter next. Enjoy and ride safe!
