Putting a drive axle tyre on a steer axle is a new to me

I've seen lorries etc with similar tires on the front, though not on THAT type of lorry.
I imagine Giang only had those tyres in stock, so he did the best he could and fitted a balanced pair.
It'll be noisy as heck, the wear may be greater than normal, but they should be functional enough.
