Nice house.
@bennyfitsvlogs20 the house is really well-built. It's actually built during pandemic. going up po the stairs all the way to the house is challenging. Owners are selling it because this is just one of the many properties they have
Cebu prices aren't that bad, but, Metro Manila house prices are F@#&ng ridiculous. ie. in Ayala Alabang with a view of your neighbours walls are asking for Au$3M - Au$15M. I live in Blakehurst one of the high-end suburb south of Sydney with view and water access has a low end price of $2M and a high of $10M. It makes me wonder if Ayala corporation are actually controlling the prices in their walled communities.
@JABM-AU I mean yes, but look where you are... a developing country not quite there yet. The prices are too inflated. My house in the U.S. is 1.2m, there is no way I woukd trade my comforts / location for a 600k mess. If the prices were more reasonable in the decent areas, relocation would be a consideration
very nice, love rooms in ground floor for seniors

How about internet service?
Saan Ang carport for 10 ,along the drive way ba iyan.?
di rin pinakita and car park baka nasa likod
mali yung pagkaexplain. yung Carport na sinabi ay yung mismong driveway nya. kasi kasali yan sa property.
Not senior friendly 🥴
Overpriced
