This 3kg Arab BBQ Smoked Brisket & Chicken Challenge in Sydney, Australia Costs $150 if You Fail!!

- Professional eater Randy Santel vs 2 Smokin' Arabs' Food Truck's massive 3kg "Arab Brisket Box" BBQ Challenge hosted by 2 Smokin' Arabs Food Truck in the Bankstown area of Western Sydney, New South Wales, Australia!! My girlfriend @KatinaEatsKilos and I started our giant 2.5 month long 2023 Australia Tour back in early February 2023. We landed first into Sydney, NSW and opened up the trip by attempting 10 different man vs food restaurant eating challenges around the state of New South Wales. The small businesses were mainly around Sydney and Newcastle, NSW. For food challenge #2, we headed to 2 Smokin' Arabs Food Truck in the Bankstown area of Western Sydney, New South Wales, Australia so we could each attempt and help kick off their new 3kg "Arab Brisket Box" BBQ Challenge which was huge and extra delicious!! I had 1 hour to feast on so much food, all served on a giant red platter / serving tray. There was 1/2 of a smoked chicken covered with a Korean glaze, 1 full Australian wagyu beef short rib, over 1lb of their award-winning Texas-style smoked wagyu beef brisket, and a 1kg coil of smoked beef chorizo sausage. The giant barbecue food challenge included 1lb of chips/fries and 1lb of homemade coleslaw topped with pickles and pickled turnip slices. I was trying to finish everything within 1 hour to win my $150 Arab BBQ Challenge platter free plus a sweet t-shirt & hat, and the 2nd spot on 2 Smokin' Arabs' Wall of Fame. BIG thanks to the owners Nawaf Refai & Sarah plus everyone else with 2 Smokin' Arabs Food Truck for the wonderful smoked barbecue meats & sides, drinks, and hospitality!! Special thanks also to all the wonderful people from around the Bankstown, Sydney area who came up that Saturday afternoon to watch and meet us!! Halal means it was killed properly and drain from blood completely, Im not a muslim but so i heard from a muslim. They also do little prayer right before the cut

I have hiatal hernia. I when I go to all you can eat restaurants, I have to drink a lot to push the food down. I get more full on the water, than the food. I can't imagine eating the amount of food, that they eat.
