Your building is very good but also the filming
What color paints did you use for the parking lot asphalt? Looks very realistic.
I started with a coat of flat black then I applied a coat of "faux granite" textured paint.

In the midst of building one of these. What color paint did you use for the sidewalk?
It's a blend of flat beige and flat grey (2 cans sprayed at the same time) from Krylon.
