Imagine having a father like this, oh God have mercy. Unfortunately, we can't choose our parents. He brags about paying the rent for an 11-year-old and paying college fees. College fee is not the only thing you need to go to college, your feeding is not included in college fees, socialising, pay for accommodation and paying for things. That is what normal parents do, some even go further, pay uni fees, buy the kids their 1st car, their first house and guess what, their kids don't owe them a dim. Normal parent live their kids an inheritance.
If he was able to produce “ hospital bills”( their legitimacy is in question - a copyrighted bill?) he can produce the proof of the college tuition. He did not. She made that speech in Fuji, I think. Her assertions also can be verified.

Yes, I know that in the past Thomas has had to address his heart condition, so he has a worn out heart that needs to be nursed. Yes I'm totally against Thomas Markle senior because even his first wife, Roslyn and Samantha Markle's daughter said prior to the wedding that Thomas was abusive to his 2 older kids during their marriage; and Samantha's daughter had to run away because she was being kept as an imprisoned made. I feel for the guy to a great extent, but he just does not seem to wake up to the responsibilities he has as a father in law to someone married into the Royal Family. If he demonstrated self control, he might have left some doors open for his daughter and son in law to approach him with, but his actions so far, make only for delays in contact with them. The shock of being ghosted and lied about by a loved one can cause extraordinary mental anguish, and trying to reason well can be very difficult at such times. Abusers harass and give perceptions of discrimination, and defame, and slander, with baffling and rigid rules, and the silent treatment. On top of that you are seeing that they are deluded, and no one believes you. You want them to get help. Above all else, a tyrant wishes to control communication and manipulate and dominate us into submission. If we break their rules we are to be “eliminated”. Fair game. To make up that this man was keeping tabs is a distortion. To expect the entire world to delete the word “owe” out of their vocabulary, like a grandiose god, and impose ridiculous standards that sound like you are not supposed to take care of the elderly, is nonsense. The principle of reciprocity is something we teach our children. We don’t want to overwhelm them with expectations and shame, and if we are blessed with the good fortune and financial means so that we never have to ask them for anything that is great. But we are not a failure if we are the poor majority. Our financial gifts or status are not the only thing that defines us. But also we don’t want them to be callous and cold and selfish. We don’t want to be a burden on anyone or cause them any problems. But we also have much to gain from being generous and caring and forgiving and understanding. It is the circle of life, the natural cycle of things, to take care of the elderly parents who took care of us when we were vulnerable. It’s heartbreaking when we are seen as worthless or evil monsters or completely unloved. It’s such a beautiful time to be old and the gifts of seeing our kids want to see us and spend time with us and cherish us. I hope that a daughter who speaks so much of people’s worth and value can see the worth and value of her father and sister. And they work very hard to try to defend themselves and to share their values and encourage loving behavior. I don’t know if they are wrong to be compensated for their efforts. It would be nice if they could focus on other projects instead of this distracting and frightening misery and torment.

The youngmen went to them to ask for their daughters hand in marriage and what those fathers said about their daughters, I was surprised that the youngmen still married their daughters. What does anyone owe him? No child owes their parents for putting them in the world. So he is in his senior years and his daughter promised him that she will take care of him when he is in his senior years. She could have been twelve when she made this promise. I hardly believe it is something she promised recently. He is so repulsive, even the way he says "it's time to look after daddy" almost made me puke. And he thinks that the pictures will make him money and he will alter his image at the same time. There is no way this repulsive individual will ever alter the picture people have of him. At most he will earn a few bucks and that is the only way he will make some money of his daughter's marriage. The Royals owe him nothing. Never have they met him and they should be thankful. He made his own bed and can only fish for sympathy now. Otherwise "the last time they see him is when he is in the ground" is the only motivation which he can think of, for them to visit him now when he is still alive. I can't think of any reaon why they would want to have him in their lives as a granddad for Archie and Lillibet.
