Great video, mate. I’m not a huge fan of Coopers but there are plenty of people out there who love them. In my opinion, Green is definitely better than Red. I drank Blue (Pacific Ale) occasionally when it first came out but their Stout is number one in my book. Cheers!
Cheers Hef! I can’t believe I forgot to mention the pacific ale and the stout! Two amazing beers! I did go through a phase of the pacific ale when it first came out but that’s about it! Look forward to more of the stout over winter!
@@BeersWithBoydo Well, we were still getting their stout, until about five years ago. I don't know about the other 49 states. I've only recall seeing it, in Louisiana.
I wonder if rolling the beer actually helps, or it's just a bit of marketing. Surely after rolling, the bits would just settle back at the bottom after a minute anyways.
Haha good point, also when you pour it out and swirl it around on the last pour, all the bits come out anyway, I can say the marketing works on me though, makes it feel more special if you have to “roll it” ha ha
I can't stand coopers beer. I used to drink it often, the longnecks were my go to, I would enjoy one after work occasionally. It has grainy sediment which is really awful. it seems to give me a headache and hangover when I drink it as well, so I don't think it's fermented very well, maybe more methanol than it should have. I wanted to like coopers beer but after drinking it for a while I just can't stand it anymore. baffles me how universally praised it gets. I think patriotism biases people a bit since its the only major australian owned brewer. Just my opinion :) if you really like it you do you.
Yes a good beer. Coopers sparkling is my favourite
Better in a schooner at the pub on a hot day
Yes mate! I thought of you when I mentioned it 😁
I recon I've drunk more of these than all the other beers combined. Classic Aussie Beer. Cheers Boydo
Haha I love that mate! It really is a classic hey! Cheers!
I will correct you as you are wrong 😮you were going to bottle shops way before you were 18 😂love Mum ❤
What hope did I have with two Toohey’s New drinkers to look up to haha
One of my favorites in aus
That’s good to hear my man!

I wish this ale would return to Louisiana.
Interesting that it has been sold there, I wasn’t aware of that, how long ago was that? Is it available anywhere else in the US?

Coopers XPA is the best. 👍🍺🏆
Yeah it’s a great drop! Cheers

It’s a shame they changed the bottle from the stubby
What do you mean sorry? It’s always been in the 375ml bottle hasn’t it?
That changed the bottle from a shorter fatter one to a tall slim one
@@unklestu ah yes I do recall them being like that years ago
