Lok Sabha Results 2024: Congress Seeks EC’s Response On Report Claiming Vote Manipulation

- Two months after the Lok Sabha elections, the Congress party has demanded the Election Commission to come clean on the hike in voter turnout percentages. The party cited a report which said that BJP may have won as many as 79 seats by manipulation. VFD or Vote for democracy, a Mumbai based group conducted a detailed study on the difference in the voter turnout data. The report which Congress is quoting is titled, “Conduct of Lok Sabha Elections 2024”. This report is an analysis of vote manipulation and misconduct during voting and counting in the LS polls.

India has seen that all throughout the 2024 LS poll, the ECI was one sided which was very unconstitutional. Now its time to held the ECI accountable for its acts of crime. The opposition for the sake of the people of India must take up the matter to the Supreme Court with all the proofs and evidences and take the ECI to accountability immediately which is a responsibility for the opposition.
