I don't have a business, but it is still interesting to watch your videos. I usually compare it to what my employers do and what I do (like when you mentioned the 1-3-1 rule, it would still be good for me as an employee). I always do come with at least one solution, but I don't know whether I always had three... I doubt I always do that. One thing I am a bit sad about is that my employers are super busy. They don't buy back their time... so if I need to consult something with them, or get their approval for something, chances are that they don't have time for me to do so... which makes me have to leave my current tasks on hold and start with other things until I get my employers to have time for me.

To be honest, I wasn't enjoying this one at the beggining. It felt like generic empty advice to me... then lesson 7 time and energy audit came and slapped me in the face. It went up hill from then on. Great video. Definitely taking actions thanks to this.
I see that the laws that are being passed now are for ppl who get hired and then they don’t work, and they want to get paid like they worked 12 hours instead of only 5. I don’t want to be an employer,
