This is not water proof..i wear with bike while raining and taking bath..the up button is not function and there is a display issue..i bought it 5days back..this product is not good

Yes it has only 20hrs means less than 1day battery backup and there is no customer support for this company products

Fireboltt doesn't have quality, 1 year before i boughy fireboltt legacy then one day my watch after cleaning with water it's display gone down, it's not waterproof like amazfit or huawei , both are lf high quality . I have a huawei and amazfit watches still both working after 5 years.
I buy recently firebolt moonwatch in amazon and I use 5 day thus watch and I send message to firebolt customer care but they don't answer. So guys you don't order this watch very very bad company and so you don't order this watch.

The main problem is battery, only 290 mah is the battery capacity, and the watch have amoled display,so it consumes more battery... Overall battery backup is very disappointed
Yes it won't last for 1 full day , every day we have to charge, and no customer for this company products

@@omnarayantripathi627 don't go for fireboltt itself, I have shared a screenshot of customer care relied reckless answers, if ask them about issue you are facing they reply like it designed like that.

I bought my Moonwatch after watching your nice review. However the pairing from the Co Fit app simply does not work. It keeps hanging even though I tried all possible combinations. Fire Boltt support is a disgrace and they simply don't respond on either call or email even after raising 2 tickets.
Any suggestions on how to get it to pair to the Co Fit app?
