RIP Flint, Prodigy was the perfect music for the Download festival, drugs everywhere
big time......I'm sure i made a dent in that back then😵💫
YES, been waitin for more reactions of prodigy! Thanks guys :) These guys still on my playlist in the gym, I'm 49 lol
The Prodigy are legends! Been a fan '93. Nothing comes close.
NOTHING
Rest In Power Forever Keith! Love to Liam, Leeroy and Maxim as well. Thank you for incredible music. Do yourself a massive solid? Track down the BANNED ORIGINAL VIDEO of this track!?! It was Awesome and really controversial for it's time. It will really suprise you!
The music video is amazing for this song with a nice twist.
Download Festival (aka Donington festival) is the UKs premier rock and metal festival.
Capacity of download varies each year but is usually between 80,000 - 110,00 people.
The prodigy have headlined it before and they definitely rock it😃
Look at that. A rave band having so much command of a metal crowd. Some metal bands dont even get that.
I'm liking these Prodigy dives.
Saw them live in 1997. The energy was insane.
Love the prodigy rabbit hole.. Omen live from Milton Keynes is class 👍 👍
I was there…❤
Lucky enough to see them twice……what rush and experience
Now that's a fire starter! ✌️
The music video for this song is wicked.
Download Festival is at Donnington racetrack just south of Derby and Nottingham
You need to watch the official video for this
The Prodigy in the 90's was insane. They even had some shows in my small town Akureyri in northern Iceland.
When I was in Uni I pretty much waited for a Prodigy song before getting to the floor when out partying :)
Great Reaction My Big Respect To You 👍🔥🔥🔥💣The Prodigy Best In The World👍🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️❤️🐜🐜🐜🐜💣💣💣💣
Agreed my friend 👍 👍
If my memory serves me correctly the members said this song is actually about heroin (smack) abuse and not domestic violence Although this was never my type of music this band was still pretty cool ✌️🤘🧐😎
in the video the, protagonist goes on a hedonistic night, beating up guys and letching over women, at one stage they drag a guy out of a club toilet so they can use the cubicle to shoot smack into their veins. The night ends with a sex scene with Teresa May, a well know british porn star , and when she leaves the protagonist sits up on their bed and is revealed to have been a woman
One time at a party, he got up to change the pitch on his stereo, and his female pup got into his smack sack on the coffee table ..
Love your guys openness to music and glad you are enjoying the Prodigy. Some favourites of mine if you need any inspiration below.
Songs "similar" to what you have heard so far include: Invaders Must Die, Take me to the Hospital, Warrior's Dance, Poison 95, You'll be Under my Wheels, Omen
Earlier "ravier" songs which I think would be funny to see your reaction to: No Good (Start the Dance), Out of Space, Your Love - Remix
No Good is my personal favourite. Faster dance-y tempo, but with the energy of later songs.
You need to watch the music video for this. It's genius. Especially for the time. Saw them live in 2000 at Leeds festival and still the best performance I've ever witnessed
Oi oi oiiiiiiiii Rest Well Keith Ladd FOREVER YOUNG 🤘🤘🤘🤘🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🇳🇿🇳🇿🇳🇿🇳🇿🇳🇿🇳🇿🇳🇿
i was there in July 2010, *The Prodigy have played their biggest ever headline gig in front of 65,000 fans at the Milton Keynes National Bowl* i mean wooooooooooow it was an amazing night
They were fantastic in the 90s onwards. RIP lead singer, Keith Flint!!
Check out an Australian Aboriginal metal band called Southeast Desert Metal - The track Break The Silence .It's a banger
Check out the official video. The ending might surprise you.
🐜🐜🐜🐜
The prodigy was the only band to succeed from the rave culture that was in the uk from early 90s.
Ahh them gigs were out of this world,no one does it like Prodigy, you were ready for war after their gigs…..
Serious question: do they make dance music as good as this anymore?
I used to live about a quarter of a mile from Keith, when he was in Bocking (Braintree). It was a little incongruous seeing his little end-terraced house with a car port and his monster Yellow TVR parked there. I would sometimes see him shopping in Braintree, he was quite quiet and seemed a little shy, so considerably at odds with his stage persona. Later, quite by accident, I lived next to Leroy's sister. She was a nice lass too.
watched them live in a club in Swansea, superb
Got my ant tattoo a couple weeks ago. Prodigy forever
I remember being up at some gawd awful hour just to see the video on mtv
Watch the video to the song then you will understand
God's speed Flinty, you were one of a kind.
Saw prodigy at coachella back in the day. Fantastic time!
Next time you feel like some Prodigy, do "The Day Is My Enemy (Live in Russia)" - it's on their official channel too. You will thank me later.
My Son was at this Download he said when the Base dropped it nearly knocked him on his ass.
Download Festival is at The Castle Donnington Racing Circuit aka Donnington Park, Derbyshire England. It used to be The Monsters of Rock Festival.
Been on two of their gigs and all I can say is that SMBU is defo the most magical moment of the whole show, people are going crazy with this one, especialy when now Liam preludes the song with small 303 riff doing a small buildup before that iconic intro
When the people commenting can't comment for three minutes, just stare and enjoy, you know you're watching greatness. Then the rest of it happens...
I love that all the prodigy reactions are live man! No airs and graces! Pure fuckn dirty in your face live amazingness!
There are a ton of better live versions of this track you should've checked out instead
How can I order a reaction from you? Thomas selects the most unpopular videos from The Prodigy
Don't worry.....there are still a ton more videos coming. The Prodigy is not just "Firestarter" and "Breathe." There are several "old school" videos coming too from before The Fat of The Land. You just have to wait and be patient.
@@thomasrichards1969 ok bro. if possible, include it there «fuel my fire». they will be surprised by the change of genre)
@@thomasrichards1969from one Tom Richards to another… nice taste in music man!
@@thomasrichards1969 I've seen every possible video from Prodigy. but SMBU was worth choosing from Milton 2010. but thank you for ordering their videos often. please next time order “Fuel my fire”. they will be surprised by the change of genre))
@@gvpl.n.1525 "Fuel My Fire" is one of the about 10 more recommendations I sent them. I think Dylan is trying to space out the reactions so it is just "All Prodigy, All The Time."
It is a shame that you can not see the original Video.
Why not?
