Happy to see this game getting the praise it deserves. I ordered my copy few months ago from Taiwan board game design. I hope they bring this game to North America so more people can try it. Thanks for Seal of excellence DT team!
Interesting. My first thoughts when watching the rules portion was that this would surely feel super random and almost meaningless because whatever you pick may or may not end up on a good value and this seems pretty out of your control. Im therefore really surprised how well its been received by Tom and Chris....Might have to try it but at the same time I cant shake the feeling it would be a super random fest.
Bought this on last Essen fair after playing it. This and the dice fishing game. Quick and simple games to fill time between different games. Sometimes you don't need an "hour long " game, if it works it works
So it's Evergreen without everything in the middle. Just the drafting with the value manipulation of the 'last card' and the end scoring. (writing while watching the overview, in case it was said afterwords)
Thanks for the review!
We're thrilled to get the Seal of Excellence from the Dice Tower!
Kudos to Chris' enthusiasm about Vegetable Stock!
Will you be bringing this to America soon?
@@searose6192 We're talking to some publishers/distributors now and it looks promising. But it won't be ready until the bottom half of 2023.
@@taiwanbgdesign Thanks! Can't wait.
What part of Taiwan are you guys based in? I grew up near Taichung.
@@searose6192 We're in Taipei. :)
Love Chris' completely serious "Sorry about your loss"
I'm always looking for cheap fast 6-player games.
Ordered it right after seeing the video. Thanks!
"Also its a grain but that's okay" is killing me

Ordered my copy last week after seeing it show up on Chris’s top games of 2022 list. Can’t wait to get it.
I played this at WizCon this July, and fell in love with it! (Thanks Gwommy!) My copy is on its way!
Love Chris’ hot take that corn is a-maize-ing.
What a gem of a game, just got this and I'm really impressed with how much game this little box packs.

Love the shirt! Third Eye is a local comic/game store for me.
It's like Wildlife Safari / Botswana, another somewhat similar game is Startups by Oink Games

I love little portable card games like this. Thanks for the review!
Seems like an excellent little game and will have to keep an eye out for it, despite the generic look. Thanks for the review Chris and Tom 😊
This game and pathogen seem fun but i have no idea on how to get them ( i live in the UK) are they yet to hit retail?
Are you guys planning on reviewing the summoner wars expansions that came out a few months ago? :-)
I grabbed this in Essen, fun little game! You can take out that cardboard hanging bit btw. It's really removable 😄
Thank you for saying "it has nothing to do with point salad". That was definitely my first thought.
Where is this game? Can’t find it for sale anywhere.
I think they mentioned that it’s not released in America and they hope a publisher brings it over
I’m having trouble finding it as well.
Got a copy with my Taiwan Night Market kickstarter
I support this review. Excellent game. Got to teach it a couple of times on the cruise.
This looks decent. Not much agency but id have to play. Point salad is a 10/10 for me
Super fun game! I like it a lot too!!
Other than the take on eggplants, Chris is correct on this one!
This sounds a bit similar to King's Breakfast.
최고입니다!
You could play this game blindfolded and win. Why is this getting talked about in such positive terms?
Challenge accepted, let me know when you want to play!
@@thedicetower You called my bluff :) , well played... I withdraw my comment in defeat.

Wow. That looks too much like a Point Salad rip-off!
The colors and graphic design are VERY similar.
A fruit snuck in the game lol
so this game is basically pure luck, you gotta hope at the end all the vegetables you took are worth the most, this game looks terrible
