For me personally it is the United 08 Team. No weaknesses, played the best football, had the best trio in PL history, had the best Centre Back partnership in history and won the League and Champions League in the same season, only other team to do that is 99.

Best team in Prem for me is the invincibles. Even sir Alex said it was an achievement he could never reach. Some respect has to be paid as much as people love to hate arsenal. It will never be repeated in the prem. it’s too hard to do. For me it’s the best prem team of all time

Arsenal drew so many games that season and in all comps lost more then united 99 team over all comps. Invincible is a good achievement but to only win premier league means failing in 3 others.
Do people’s dislike of Arsenal render them unable to grasp the concept of the invincible feat? Like, it’s only confined to the league hence why the fa recognised the achievement not uefa, furthermore since we’re talking about draws treble winning united drew more than the invincibles and lost more games too (not to take anything away from the treble achievement which gained fergie a knighthood)

I’m 29 and I think the Utd team with Giggs, Scholes, Becks, Rooney, Ronaldo, Ferdinand etc was EPIC and would say that’s got to be the best team in my lifetime.
The Arsenal invincibles were also incredible but that season they still drew 12 games which means they didn’t dominate like they should have.

Ronaldo is better at longevity. But peak Messi for a season is better than peak Ronaldo for a season. Both of them played in the same league against the same defence and with a team with superb midfielders and wing backs.

No not ridiculous at all. I’m not sure how old you are to have seen him play live but Bergkamp changed the way the premier league was played when he arrived. He was a different class and some Arsenal fans rate him higher than Henry.
Henry says he was the best player he has ever played with. Considering his team mates not just at Arsenal but for Barca, Juve and France that is some accolade.
