Great video but I think on number four I think you want to have a steady head while going forward. If you look at a golfer trying to hit a ball that's not moving, they rotate around their head. Even Alvarez did that in a little b-roll clip while you were explaining number four. His head literally didn't move. I think you create more variables if you're moving your body up and down or backwards and forwards while you're swinging trying to make contact with a moving ball. Reduce the variables. Take it from a 4.0 player.
A steady head is a result of good technique not something you can force while having bad technique. It's mostly a side effect of being balanced as you swing.
There is NO shift of the weight forward! All the best players do not move foward at all when hitting their forehand. Just look at the videos! What generates power is the ROTATION of the body, with the arm lagging behind, generating a whipping motion.
Fantastic instructions! Need to come down to see you for some 1:1 soon 😄
Amazing video, best I've seen on the forehand.
Finally after Long time ❤
Excellent breakdown, thx
Great Video 👍
I transformed mine 10x! Now I hit 800 mph shots, but my opponent can't see the ball, so nothing gets counted

The forehand system is very lacklustreeeeeeeeeee
I’m confused why he’s trying to teach people to jump?
I only see an 7X transformation here. False advertising.
The truth is 40-50% of the power comes from the wrist.
