sir, i have joined on 5 feb 2013 and took eol without mc from 2 sep 2013 to 20 feb 2014 . then from when i should get my first increment please clear because in july 2014 i didnot get the increment.

In your period July 1 to June 30,2014 Qualifying service was more than 6 months.So you would be eligible according to CCS(Revised Pay) Rule,2008
