- Honestly, I can’t wait for the 5.2 release, and the reason is simple: the beta for 5.3 will begin. Version 5.3 is the end of the Natlan Archon quest, which means that Mavuika will be released in this update. Update 5.2 is set to release on November 20th, while Mavuika’s release is expected on January 1st, 2025.

There are actually speculations that mavuika can enable non-natlan characters to enter night soul state kind of like how furina enables marechausse
Extremely unlikely since its a regional thing, something similar would be furina giving ousia or pneuma but she doesmt do that, marachausse can still be enabled by some other characters without furina

If that were to be true, that powercreeps the already insanely broken marechausse set with an even MORE broken set. I doubt hoyo would do that. I think the more likely thing is that she just becomes a better version of xiangling.
Or they could give a weapon that gives a nightsoul like buff like the one in Fontaine that gives ausia or pneuma

4:16 I dont know there is a pretty obvious way to make him playable and that is to make a clone that is good. I mean guy himself said he has countless clones and genshin might give us a clone that is horrified of his other versions and helps us to stop dottore for good.

If true this is stupid as fuck and I continue to hate the direction Natlan is going in. They are so immersion breaking not only in Genshin as a whole but they have no likeness even within Natlan itself. There is a difference between Kachina riding on a drill when there is a massive drill in her town or Mualani surfing on a shark surfboard when compared to a flying gun, roller skating blacksmith dj, or a motorcycle with different modes.
Thankfully I'm not the only one who sees how dumb this is. These low IQ people think it's cool but they're going to start losing interest and not know why.

if this is true then she doesnt have every natlan characters abilitys but every saurians abilitys. kinich is the dendro saurian, mualani is the shark saurian but for the geo/pyro saurian there isnt rlly a character so far so i think that mavuika's kit will be mostly like that but with parts of the other saurians

I doubt that they won't make Dottore playable, his design and lore are way too detailed for him to stay a npc. I mean,even his shoe soles are detailed. Just my opinion though, I could be conpletely wrong.

My imagination is running wild! I'm thinking, when we use the press mode of her skill, mavuika will remain on field even when swapped to do coordinated attacks with us while floating above just like how it happened in the archon quest. 😄maybe do something like an astral projection or some shit. and we swap back to mavuika and use hold, the projection snaps back to her physical body causing pyro explosion. She will then ride her bike and do infused normal attacks while riding it. She can run over enemies with it with charged attack. Or she can swing her claymore around. that would be a cool mechanic that hasn't been done before in genshin. I've always wanted to see more than one on-flied character at once outside of coop. And a simple coordinated attack, while definitely amazing and useful in the meta, would be way too basic for a natlan unit. they have to do it differently to keep it in theme! XD
And knowing mihoyo, "they rarely disappoint when introducing new mechanics" 😅😅

It’s likely just leaks being inaccurate with their description. Most likely she’ll be able to move around like mualani but with the climbing ability of kachina/xilonen.
She’ll likely just ride up the wall but consume extra phlogiston compared to the others due to how versatile it is.
The flight and grapple are likely gonna be removed due to how goofy it sounds or will be a weak small “hover jump” and the grapple will be combat related like kinich’s.
Now it could be a grapple to a location but not pulling yourself to anywhere but its still yet to be seen.

I am sure MAVUIKA kit will be related to the "Earth Shaker" weapons skill. Its a trend to have the craftable 4-star weapon to be related to the area archon, similar to how "Finale of the Deep" Was related to Furina skills, "Fruit of Fulfillment" was to Nahida and "Kitain Cross Spear" to Raiden. That said, "Earth Shaker" skill reads: "After a party member triggers a Pyro-related reaction, the equipping character's Elemental Skill DMG is increased by 16% for 8s. This effect can be triggered even when the triggering party member is not on the field" so Mavuika will clearly have an off-field source of damage and probably focused on DPS since the weapon sub-stat is ATK%
"After a party member triggers a Pyro-related reaction..." may also hint and confirm the other leaks about Mavuika having synergy on working with other Natlan characters and other elements, kinda lore related on how they gathered power from various tribes/elements to defeat their enemy.

This makes me wonder just how 'meta' Pyro Traveler will be. Considering the 'special state' and 'buff' we got sometime during Act 4 of the Natlan Archon Quest, I wonder if that same thing will apply to the Traveler as we enter our final battle against The Abyss in Natlan, and thus, with Pyro Traveler, they'll be able to use the Night-soul Blessing mechanic due to finally being recognized by the Wayob and the Leylines being cleaned.
(Just a thought of mines.)
