Hi, do you have a video showing how to update LPS board/schedule into takt plan schedule?
Like the schedule transition from using Ms.Project and then changed into takt ?

Not yet but I’m pondering the best way to display the transition. Check out Janson schroeders youtube and linkedin lots on takt but no likely the MS Project connections. He has great content though on that topic and others.
