Just to add a little more context to this layout, the HHKB was designed in the first place to put the left control in the caps lock position since it was easier to access with one's left pinky without having to move your hand out of the alphas or moving one's wrist in a weird angle. It also moved Fn to the right of the right shift key so for the same reason, to let some key modifiers stay in reach(and also for aesthetic purposes since the modifiers are more symmetrical). It's certainly not for everyone, but it was first made for coders where the alphas was more important, so gaming was not a main focus for this layout. This layout has been around for quite some time now, and Mode is not the first to adopt it for their 60% keyboard.

What do you mean missing? There are two keys on each side of the bottom row, by default left ctrl and left alt are there
