@@misslady2121 I think that is part of it, yes. I don't know if this change happened after the deaths in her family or what. But that constant focus on poor health and being the victim; not at all the way she was before.
Something’s definitely going on with Anna. I’m sure she’s disappointed that her sweater line was a flop, and I’m sure she’s starting to feel the pinch that other content creators are feeling regarding monetization. Here’s another theory - perhaps Dr Amron and Dr Herbst backed out of “sponsoring” her surgeries and treatments because she’s a non-compliant patient. These two have excellent reputations in the lipedema world, so it’s possible that they began to disassociate with her because not only is Anna spreading misinformation about lipedema, but she is also not following the proper protocols, so the surgeries appear to be a failure. They don’t want to be associated with that.
This is a great theory. I'm sure her adsense revenue is down, but I don't think that's a large part of her revenue. Also, Instagram pays very little and I don't think TikTok pays at all. She probably makes most of her money on sponsorships (Starbucks and Disney are probably the biggest ones for her), but that doesn't seem to be very active at the moment. I wonder if she is in the process of rebranding herself?
I think you’re both right. I think she wants to rebrand herself as a health guru so she could profit off of that, as she’s stopped making money from travel and fashion. Plus every few years she “pivots” 🙄 in another direction to get new profits. I also think she was non-compliant, and generally not liked in the space, so they didn’t get the benefit of a partnership and they aren’t continuing. Now here’s the thing about that though. I think, (at this point) as they are professional reputable physicians, they should have known she wasn’t going to be compliant. She lives in Austin, Texas. Texas knows what it’s doing in terms of obesity and has lots of experts in the field there. If she was really seeing physicians like she was claiming she was, and she had really tried everything medically for management of her conditions like she was claiming she had, she would have seen some positive results at some time. The fact that she saw no results from following medical recommendations at the time? Either the recommendations weren’t made to her, which they should have known reputable physicians wouldn’t do, or she wasn’t following advice and was therefore not a good candidate for the extreme recommendation of surgery.
@@ellecee453 I would believe a 22 on top and a 26 (or even 28 depending on the fabric) on the bottom. The BooHoo size chart says a size 20 has a 38 inch waist like please be so serious, Anna... we have EYES.
I’ve been every size between a 10 and a 32 between the ages of 14 and 38, which is my age now. I am 5’10” as well. Currently, I am a Torrid size 3 or 22 and that has come with A LOT of work. There is no way that she is a size 20 here. MAYBE she was a size 20 when she first started in 2010 or 2012, but by 2016, she was a 26 even in tops. Why? First, because even though her actual breasts aren’t a D or DD cup, that’s not all of what shirt measurements are based off of. They are based off of your full chest measurements including breasts, bone structure, and fat especially on our back. Second of all, even though her waist is smaller than her hips and maybe her chest, most shirts don’t end at the waist. Even if they aren’t a tunic, they end somewhere between the waist and the hip. The bottoms of shirts of a size 20 or 22, even if they miraculously fit over her entire chest and waist, which is doubtful anyways, they would not fit over the area between her waist and hips. A 26 or a 28 would actually fit her. Now, as a side note, this is probably why she stands by her sweaters cutting off at the waist rather than where any other Christmas sweater has ever cut off- closer to the hips. It’s so she can still “fit” into the line even though she really doesn’t fit into it.
When she said everything was a size 20, I nearly fell over. I will never understand the refusal to buy stuff in her real size. Just because it’s stretchy enough to get onto your body doesn’t mean it fits. It must be so uncomfortable to constantly wear everything too tight.
She’s desperately unfunny but is forcing the humor angle so hard. Then the fake laughter at herself. It’s all just so irritating. Like, she thinks she has to be the personality queen but just isn’t. It feels so disingenuous. I want her to just chill and be her true self rather than feeling like she’s squeezing out fun as hard as she can, when she’s clearly not having fun.
The hand-sewing is incredibly sloppy, but the general look/concept of the tie-dye purple sweatpants-skirt is actually pretty nice. I'd rather buy that (but with better stitching) than one of her Christmas sweaters.
Slightly less hyper than usual! The last t shirt should be longer. She has the body she has and while I do agree she doesn’t get the right size (she is not proportionate, so what might fit on top is too tight on the bottom) it’s great she’s not just wearing tent shapes.
That pink skirt was hideous. That type of skirt would only suit a slim person certainly not G&L. I think she loves it because people will stare and she loves the attention. She’s an exhibitionist.
Why would anyone go away and pack clothing they have never tried on and have no idea whether they can wear during their holiday?? She insists on buying clothes multiple sizes too small…
Everything was WAY too tight, too short &/or not a style she should be wearing. I lost all my excess weight years ago, & even now, the only things I'd wear out of these were those black pants!
Yeah, I know, right? They make a wide variety of colors to match with people's skins so it's not like she needs to wear gray or black when she does her hauls (so it would be less noticable, which what compression garments are supposed to be!)
For someone who criticises Anne for here outfits, you need to look at yourself. I couldn't stop looking at your teeth and also wondering if you are a man?
There is a marked difference in her demeanor between the old videos and the recent stuff. Something changed, for sure.
She’s bitter now lol

So ordering the blue dress she really thought "Yeah.... this will work" 😮

Did I hear her correctly? Everything is size 20? That explains... so much.
I remember her years ago saying she wore a 20-22 on top.
My mom was a size 18/20 US. She was significantly smaller than Anna (the same height though. Mom was more of an hourglass shape. )

The white shirt and black pants is the most flattering outfit I’ve ever seen on her
As a large chested girl, I’m not taking fashion advice from someone who purposefully purchases clothes that won’t fit.
Those light pink shorts were so tight and too small! And how did she look at the first blue dress and think yeah, that will look great on me? 🤦🏼♀️
How did she look at any of these items and think they’d look good on her?
That pink skirt… arguably should never seriously been worn by anyone. Ever.
I really wish Anna wouldn't wear close fitting apparel. They accentuates her stomach way to much. Or anything with slits.
I feel like there’s a fashion rule somewhere that says you can’t call something over-designed when it doesn’t fit. If there isn’t, there should be.
I prefer her personality a lot more back then than now!

She has no concept of what actually fits. She seems to think that if she can squeeze into it, it's good. It makes her look bigger.

Miss ma'am said she was ordering size 20 in this video. Ain't no way she's a size 20, and the TIGHT clothes reflected that.
She really thinks she is hot shizz! Wow the confidence delulu
Free drinks?? Maybe a free stuffed turkey though
Merry Christmas Momma Goob and all ~~ Anna just say no and send it all back, perhaps keep the black pants and the red peplum top
You do not get to criticize the paper bag waist when you purchase the wrong size and the paper bag waist becomes nonexistent.

What in the good lord is she wearing. I am a size 8 and I will never dress like this., is she trying to sell something.
That red dress with the ties? Oof. Those ties are holding on for dear life. “Help me! We’re about to pop!”

Textile expert here - elastane will melt not explode in flames and she doesn’t even pronounce it correctly.
They probably put that warning on the label because it shouldn't be used for sleeping (like kids sleepwear would never contain elastane)
If the red split skirt actually fit, it would be cute on her.
The rest... Yikes 😵💫

She was at least 100 lb lighter in this video
Thanks, Anna! I hate it.
I think you had it right all along… Boohoo may be the store she bought from… but it’s also how I felt watching her squeeze into too tight clothes.
I feel like most of these were way too short on her. Things tend to ride up and she's asking for a wardrobe slip/show that she wouldn't want.
Why would anyone go away and pack clothing they have never tried on and have no idea whether they can wear during their holiday?? She insists on buying clothes multiple sizes too small…
