    Hi. If I should get a negative value for the LCL value and I am using the C values. Example: -2.18. How would I draw the C chart? Would I equate the negative values to zero(0) or I would work with the negatives??

      If you get a negative LCL, you must set it to zero.

    Hi there
    I have a question .... would like to enter the data several times a day ... is that possible or I mark the statistics every time to create the diagram

      If you have several data for each day, you need to first calculate the statistic (e.g mean, range, …) for each day before constructing the control chart.

    is UCL and LCL are predefined ?? if yes then how? I thought we have to collect data first in order to built R chart or X bar Chart. also if values change, do UCL and LCL change or remain Constant ?? How?/

      UCL and LCL are not predefined. They are calculated from your data. If you change values, UCL and LCL might change.
