I am recommended by SSB ( Indian Navy). We have exactly the same process for officer selection in tri services , thanks to Gora's 😄. I would like to know from my Pakistani counterparts which technique among Gto, psych and personal interviews you find most interesting. I like GTO .

Dear GTO tasks in ISSB PAKISTAN consists of some indoor and outdoor tasks. Namely Group discussion, lecturette, military planning, PGT, HGT or Final Group Race, Command Task and Obstacles. Its basically taken from War Office Board which was made by British Army.
