I think slight pick up delay on Pulsar 220 carb is due to single throttle feed as opposed to Karizma's dual throttle feed...... actually dual throttle cable make acceleration and deceleration very responsive in case of non fuel injected bikes. Ask Sunrise Motors if they can put dual throttle pulley on the pulsar 220 carb. I had Suzuki GS150R which had this dual throttle feed and throttle response was just perfect like FI bikes. Also i would like to know more about top end performance on this carb - if the redline has moved up , developed higher top speed etc. Because Pulsar 220 with DTSi has better top and mid range than the Karizma 225. I think Syed uses iridium spark plug to replicate the performance on Karizma.
