nice sweet chutney, I add ginger powder as well, and use brown sugar instead of white sugar because it mimics the flavor of gud :)
Yas, I do too, but I have to substitute, people do not want to go and buy, and white sugar always available in their kitchen👍

Looks so yummy! Can you please explain the difference between paprika and kashmiri mirch.
aa flowers, kashmiri mirch milder hoti hai bilkul bhe taz nahi hoti , Paprika red bell peppers or red dried fruits se aata hai jo zeyada dalne se thota karwahet ka teste deta hai. Deggi mirch aik Masala hai jisai Mirch ka naam diya gaya hai, jo bell peppers or kashmiri mirch ka mixture hai jo kay create kiya hai Paprika ki karwahat hatane k liye.
Serving k liye mare recipe mai agar 1 spoon kashmiri mirch hai tou substitute mai, 3/4 Deggi mirch( jo k Masala hai), ya 1/2 spoon Paprika dalna hai.

Ruby ji we just finished lunch and aap ke style ka veg pulao & baigan ka raita was out of this world 😋😋😋 Just lajawab mouth watering khatarnakingly yummesowri 😅 Everyone just kept taking 2/3 helping!! Almost pura nahi hua 😮 Ek bhi nahi bacha not even the baigan ka raita..YUM 🤤😋 My husband goes “kya kar rahi ho ajkal 😂 I also posted pix on fb & everyone wants to come eat..thank goodness it’s too dangerous to drive right now or my rest day would be full of bhukhads in the house🤣😂😝Promised I’d make some for them soon❤️ Thx soo much dear😘
