    Hey brother awesome race! Be careful with ur fueling, i think u already had a lot of fuel for this race. U should do around 100gr an hr. Be aware off what sugar is in ur carbs. U can only take up like 60gr of glucose/hr after that u need fructose. Ur doing awesome, just some things to think about. In a 70.3 ur gonna have to be patience on the bike. Good luck!
