I struggled with this until I realised you said 'drag the text block' as I was dragging the 'text box' which didn't work of course! This was a new concept in Canva for me so thank you. Great turorial!

After trying to do this for an hour on my laptop, I discovered that you can only do this on a desktop or laptop with a mouse.
