How do you open the double doors when the hands display? It looks like two mouse pointers but I have no idea how to do that.

its made for mobile - there you can touch with to fingers - I've no Idea how to do that on PC

I needed the walkthrough only for the 3-9 globe part, but when the hands showed I knew I was doomed on PC. Oddly enough the game says "Hints are available in mobile versions of the game!", so someone must have thought of people playing on a desktop computer. Maybe it works for the few people with a touch screen monitor. :o)
