My younger brother started doing a lot of tough landscaping and such, he lost like over 20 pounds in several months and ended up gaining some of it back in muscle pretty quickly. This is why I don't believe Wings when he talks about the job he had before RUclips, that he was daily lifting like 60-100 pound pieces of metal and that he was strong despite the fact that he was over like 350 pounds.
