I love the sounds of fresh strings
i just love how the whole song is kinda built around the second fret of the low string and then when they finally play the open string it just stomps you in the nuts

whats the red thin on the 3 bottom strings? just wandering
Tape to stop them from ringing out it accidentally struck or from sympathetic vibrations. The song doesn't require those strings, so might as well make sure they don't make any noise.

Drop G# on a seven for two of the guitars, and then some form of F# on the other guitar, according to their rig-video. I'm assuming the F# is for "Plenitude/Finale".

Did you actually use a GoPro for the right picture? Looks fairly similar. :D
Muting the strings, it's mostly rhythm so he wouldn't want the strings ringing out unnecessarily.
Use a clean tone with a fair amount of reverb, some delay, and a harmonizer/whammy pedal with the harmony set as Octave +1.

What’s with the red string on the 3 high strings?
It's to mute them from ringing. It's just tape.
Vibrato dampening to stop them from ringing.
Februus, Corelia's "Nostalgia", and Aliases "Safer Than Reality" been on repeat for about two weeks now ^_^
