    First time closing in the OR was after the robotic surgery was going poorly and they decided to hastily pull all the ports to move to abdominal. Chief hands me the loaded needle drivers and says, “close. Now. Quickly.” Love it...

    well here in this OR for obs/gyn all seniors and staff are aggressive and move abruptly that i sometimes get startled and are always rapid w long list of patients

    How to be more outspoken n confident infront of seniors in the ot
    I really get nervous of being getting judged by seniors
    to ask for even suturing or even to ask for procedure like tracheostomy
    I feel nervous

    Knot tying ON your scrubs? Like with your waist drawstring?

      Rather tying on a suture onto your drawstring and knot tying the actual suture.
