This looks like so much fun! At 1:11 in the video, where is this? Opal Creek or Three Pools? I'm not from Oregon, but I"m going there and want to go swimming here! How deep is the water??
I don't know the exact depth of both of them, but advise it to say that you would not hit the bottom even if you dived. I just got back from cliff jumping at Triangle Lakes Slide Rock and the 35+ foot jump looks daunting, but it's 40 feet deep even this late in the year when the waters are lower.

From Salem, Oregon you head East on Highway 22 and you'll hit a blinking yellow light(about 20 or 25 mi out of Salem, East bound), which will be northfork road. Hang a Louie there, then travel up the two lane, one way road till you see massive amounts of cars! hahahaha (assuming you're there in the Summer) BE CAREFUL though, that road combined with the three main areas( First one is a family one -- Lame AF Second is "Salmon Creek" and third being "3 Pools") has an average of 5 deaths a year I think it is. No Cell service whatsoever after you pass the first "main area." Salmon falls in another 10 to 15 minutes up the road and the nearest hospital for something serious or life threatening is Staytons' Hospital(about 30 minutes away if you're lucky). Im a local from that area and have had a close friend air lifted out from helicopter cause he got hurt.. But totally worth it all in all! BE SAFE & you'll have fun!
