I really love the way you talk about each different body type 😊 you talk about each one in a way that would make anyone feel beautiful and not feel self-conscious about their figure. There’s not enough of that nowadays, most people talk about how you can change your body to make it look “better”, but you’re just talking about accentuating certain body parts/areas and creating symmetry, I love it 😊❤️

I just went through that last year with my best friend’s mom I’ve known for 25 years. She was a nurse, and treated people with cancer for decades so it was hard to keep someone with that much knowledge optimistic. She passed on Memorial Day. It was super sad, but honestly my friend Mike spent every minute he could with her from diagnosis to her death, and I know she was so grateful. He handled it better too I think, because they got to spend so many nights just talking and hanging out. I hope she’s okay.

I wish everywhere could have the level of customer service you show in your role plays. Life would be amazing! Maybe a video about how to calm and relax customers?
Just for your information. Working in a customer service centre is one of the worst jobs a person with education can have. The companies treats you like cattle. They give you one week training and then, all the gods help you. You are device designed to get the punches of unhappy customers, who usually are right to be angry, yet, it's not your fault, but the company's managers and directors' lack of interest for customers. It doesn't matter how rude or nasty they are, you can never reply to them in the same way, as line managers are listening to the conversations. Besides, there are impossible "targets", and in some call centres, you even need to lift up your hand when a supervisor walks around, to get on the list of people who need to go to the loo. Not to mention, that you must work in shifts, which they can change whenever they wish, and all this humilliating experience for the lowest wages. Only washing dishes at a restaurant has worst wages. Furthermore, in the UK, most companies hire non British employees, as they work with customers all across Europe, and you are expected to speak 2, 3, or more languages, simply because you won't find a Briton capable of speaking Aby other language. I had to do it a couple of years, but eventually, found a join my field, but there are thousands in that situation. Although the last years, they "outsource" call centres in India, which of course it's a lot cheaper, but because of their accent, you don't get a word, and end up hanging up. Poor customer services agents.

As a 19 year old guy who had to drop out of high school to get a full time blue collar job only making $9 an hour with a 26 week pregnant girl friend that just graduated high school with no job, this is what I look forward to after getting off after a 9 hour work day in the heat. I don’t get prom too, in italy we don’t have prom or any kind of “event”, we only celebrate Carnival,Halloween and Christmas in school, like decorating and stuff but nothing more
This video came out forever ago so this comment will probably go unseen, but I’m a 2021 high school graduate, and my prom (along with the rest of my senior year 😂) couldn’t happen because of COVID-19. I’m a little melancholy at this point in the school year because I would’ve been getting together with friends and making plans for a “coming of age” moment in the form of this long anticipated dance, but I’ve been returning to this video again and again not only because of how soothing it is, but because of how it fills the void this year has left inside of me. I’m constantly stressed and burnt out due to the struggles and responsibilities of completing my senior year of high school- it’s just as hard if not harder than any other year but there are no celebrations to lift me up. The class of 2021 has definitely not received the same support as the class of 2020. I feel exhausted and a little forgotten and neglected by my teachers and community, but your voice and demeanor make me feel so taken care of and protected. You truly have something special and I have relied on you all throughout 2020 and 2021. Thank you for all the effort you put into your work, and for sharing your warmth and kindness with all of us, Maria! 💛

This was fantastic Maria, so relaxing! 😌💜✨ My Mom used to make a lot of our clothes as children. I remember going to the fabric store, picking out patterns and cloth, helping her get supplies out of her sewing basket (an orange and yellow wicker monster....lol), then standing still for measurements and fittings. This brought back a lot of memories for me. I especially loved the ending where you were cutting out the pattern piece - I could watch a whole video of just that. Thanks for a lovely time!
If the girls can sit through a beard trimming/grooming video then the boys can surly fall asleep to this video, basically what I’m saying, regardless of gender based activity, collectively we can not pass up a new GentleWhispering video!
This is my absolute favourite by Maria. I wish she would do more of this type. Making outfits. I used to be mesmerised watching my nana cutting out dress patterns 😍

It's such a joy, working with fabrics and playing with all the textures and colours, isn't it? This inspires me to start sewing again, because of the joy of being able to make clothes that represent your style and can fit you correctly. I'm guessing you don't sew in real life or we would have seen more of these, but I hope this will be the first of many sewing-related videos, Maria. Thank you my dear for your exquisite video.
Rachel DuBois, I have a large collection of fabrics and it keeps growing, haha 😄. I use them as backdrops and even though I don't sew I often get visions of new video ideas just by seeing a certain fabric. I love textured and colorful fabrics the most, so satisfying to look through them. 😍
If you like this one.. I love her older ‘Gentlemen’s Suit Fitting’ video as well. It is a lot like this one only it is getting fitted for a custom suit. It has a bit more light talking as this one has more inaudible whispering.

Honestly, I should have watched this before actually prom shopping lol. My senior prom is next month and I got my dress literally two weeks ago. I’m so late! But this video hyped me up a bit. My dress is a high neck blue velvet one. I’m going for a grunge look this year. I’m pumped! Great video as always :))

I actually had my prom on Saturday and got my absolutely beautiful dress from a thrift shop xD It definitely stood up to the dresses from tailors and bridal shops where other girls got theirs. It really would have been nice to have had a professional fitting done for my senior prom so this is a very nice video :)

My wedding dress came from a thrift store! A $799 dress in the shops, already altered, for $39.99. There was one rip along the hem, that took me 5 minutes to hand sew. Nothing wrong with a thrift shop!
My dress was donated to me, and I ended up not going to prom. Im a mid year graduate meaning I graduated five months early, I hated my entire high school experience and I'm glad I didn't go to prom. Im ready for real life, not drama and bullying, he said she said, who looks better type BS. I'm the girl who sat in the back of her class doing her work constantly and got picked on, didn't have friends, and was perfectly fine with it.
Bailey Berry , hey there don’t even give those asses a second thought they are not even a drop in the bucket compared to the rest of your life, I’m 50 and I never went to my prom, pretty much for the same reasons, but later became the matron of honor in three weddings, and loved the fittings.

I always find myself skipping to the parts of your videos like this when you start writing and softly whispering, almost inaudible whispers. It's my favorite trigger and for some reason, no one else can give me tingles! Only you 😊 I would really love if you did some sort of whole video like that!! It would be amazing 💗
I really suffer from Misophonia but I struggle with relaxing and going to sleep. There are only a few ASMR channels I can watch (stomach) because most of them make me want to rip my ears off and throw my iPad out the window. You are my favourite ASMRtist but even then I can only watch a handful of your videos and definitely can't watch any Russian ones =(
My favourite are the personal attention ones - hair cuts (like the Santa one) or ones with measuring in.
I guess I just wanna say thank you for them and if you can make more like that it would be amazing and helpful for my anxiety at night.

Same but yes I can only watch the soft spoken. When I hear whispering I rip the head phones out and cringe. I literally have no control lol. I have to stay awake to watch and if I see her going near the microphone I know she's going to whisper into it and I rip them out really fast lol. I love her soft spoken voice so much that I'll go thru all that just to hear it. It's so relaxing. I do the same with ASMR Mania. I don't even understand this about me ugh
Rhonda White Yep that's Misophonia alright lol you can literally get feelings of pure rage and it's uncontrollable.
I myself, have been known to rip my headphones out and throw them across the floor if I wake up hearing something or if I can't mute the video quick enough!
Whispering makes me want to literally put a grenade in both my ears BUT Maria is the only one that, if she whispers for a bit, I can tolerate it. I can't watch the full blown whispering videos though, definitely gentle/soft talking is the happy medium for me too.
There is more research being carried out for 'SSS' now (Sound Sensitivity Syndrome) but whenever a news report comes on they are so clumsy with the subject and end up finding it funny or triggering anyone who has Misophonia 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Misophonia rager here and accidental ASMR changed my life!! Lol mouth sounds make me want to break all the things, but I can watch Primitive Technology making mud things or watch people sculpting for ages.
I think if Maria was fitting me for my prom dress I would cry tears of joy while convulsing from intense tingles.
