After 3 years I'm back here. This song reminds me of my first year in Varsity. I'm now in my 4TH year with 7 months left and I just randomly thought of it. I hope it crosses my mind again during graduation season....... beautiful piece of art 😩
I prefer Zakes one too, they honestly don't sound the same ,but there's that one thing that draws them to each other(probably the genre), but even the lyrics are different
Memories of a sunny afternoon at the sisyphos, filled with smiles, gentleness, in the company of people just emanating vibration. This music just fills me with joy
Both songs are good and if you listen to the kind of music Coffee plays/produces, you won’t find it difficult that he prefers this one. I’m also a fan of this because I like the kind of music Coffee plays. It’s all about taste. Great job by both the djs.
Zakes has sampled a lot of hits from the Africanism house album back in the days.I was not surprised when Black coffee mentioned that there is an original
After Black Coffee's Tweet, i had to come and listen to this... i really thought that Osama was a Original Song,.. so it's a remix?? Eey but music sometimes
Bruh! I kept asking what lyrics are and what do they mean!!! but no one could answer. Then I thought it must be coming from a poem or something. But, that Osama song smacks multiple times better than this version!!!
Its not a remix, it's an original song. If every song that was inspired by another in some small way was called a remix, there would be Zero original songs on earth
Now the big question is who did what first as I am hear since Black Coffee shared this today. So Zake Bantwini & Kasango rearranged the track. I am not sure how I feel about this anymore as I thought that was the original and it is clearly not. Man why does it have to be like this...... Music is a spiritual thing , it's a love thing.
@@SfisoRowen confused how did you get to that conclusion 🤔 😅 now you want to tell me what to do.... kahle bo ukufuna ukungiphatha. Ehla moya usisikelele lapha emhlabeni.
Thanks Zakes 🙌🏽 you did it chap Osama is our anthem, Blackcoffe u brought us here it’s a nice tune as well. U need to hv an 👂🏾 to notice certain things I guess we all abt music not beef 🥩. Peace ✌🏾
If you think that these songs are the same, then that means you also think that all Amapiano songs are the same. I just hear two different songs, with a little bit of similar instruments. Both songs are fire🔥🔥🔥 Black Coffee just hating on Zakes because of the differences they had in the past. Take out your glock and shoot me now
And that's cul. But at least now we all know who inspired Osamo track... had Coffee not explained... these Unknown artists wouldn't have gotten the exposure they deserve
Zakes Bantwini should make another remix, take the Mano Mano and call it Banomona. It's a great song, the beat and everything. Zakes just perfected it...
This song is good neh mara have ya'll hear Osama? Hai Osama does the things for me. I even felt emotional listening to that song. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Black coffee probably didn't think straight when he said he won't play Osama. 17 SEPT WE ARE READY FOR OSAMA.
For DJs this is the song ,and for fans or people who likes hyping things osama is the song.2022 this song will b hitting the same way Osama will b like John vuli gate
i get why black coffee prefers this one. it's more in line with the kind of music he produces and plays anyway, so it makes sense for him to prefer this one... Zakes' one is a jam though. 🥰😍🤩❤💥💯
Interesting. Not to take anything away from Zakes' "Osama", but there are similarities, especially in the vocal. This jam sounds tribal though. Both tunes are fire though, no doubt about it. At the end of the end, music inspires music, if it takes sampling here n there, in order to produce such pieces, I'm all for it. African brothers should learn to support each other instead of bringing each other down.
This tune is dope man. I just don't understand why bring them up against each other as the song elements are unique for each track. Very little similarities. They must must allow fans to enjoy music in peace
Yeah.... but what Black Coffee was stressing is that these artists that are still up and coming should be appreciated and given the recognition. They the ones who inspired Osama by Zakes Bantwini. But no one would've known had Black Coffee not clarified
Osama is 1 million +views in 2 weeks and Mano Mano is 59k views in 4months. That suppose to tell u something on why Coffee is saying what he said. Well I love both of these beat but Osama is my best track🔥🔥🔥🤞
Osama immediately reminded me of Ladon - Manyelo Dafro. Surprisingly I played Osama for the 1st time, and Ladon automatically played next on RUclips music. Was dope 👌🏿

I'm glad I landed here. I totally understand why Coffee prefers this version, it fits in with his sets. Both versions are fire 🔥 🔥 🔥
Exactly, it's deeper, more spiritual and it speaks to me more than Osama does.
And I like the original original, O-Zone's Dragostea Din Tei ruclips.net/video/YnopHCL1Jk8/видео.html
It's good, but Zakes one takes me and leaves me in heaven. My soul says that!
Let's hope he paid them for sampling.
Good big just open your sampling ears
