the death episodes have begun!😂😂. that's exactly the reason why the bubble helmet was recommended before exploring the pond lab or any part of the pond, that little cave you went to still has some ways to go before you reach the end which is very surprising. there's a smoothie for faster swimming. A bone dagger is a MUST for breaking those roots for molars which you actually skipped while you were busy fighting the spider in that little cave. bone trident is also decent. Scale armor is actually very decent as it increases your perfect parry chance and is a tier 2 armor that can be useful to take on wolfies (get used to spiders, you'll meet nastier ones later). your base location actually has 2 to 3 wolf spiders that patrol around during night time soooo yeah 😂😂😂😂😂( didn't want to spoil that earlier). befriending the ant queens will give you a useful mutation, you can find recipes around labs for different queens. SPOILER: Just clear the pond lab for now and wait until you clear the black ant lab before you go back to explore the pond as you will need something to open those hatches that you can only get from the black ant lab. take it slow and be prepared before venturing out to avoid this kind of scenario as this game has no chill for the unprepared hahaha😂😂😂
I can't get over how crazy the pond is! Shudder thinking that I haven't even experienced the worst yet! I did see that I needed lvl 2 dagger, but didn't think of crafting it, just kept thinking of the bubble helmet, hahaha. I was thinking that I had the BEST base location, DAMN WOLFIES! Will consider the scale armor, but this dang game, it's like you always need something to get something else that's needed to get something else! LOL. @@DeathTrick101 haha! it gets WAAYYY crazier! there are VERY FEW safe areas to build a base especially if the raid mechanics is on. needing something to get something is exactly the number 1 gripe most players have with the game but it's fun and most of the time rewarding once you get over it.
