How does Ryan not realize that the guy giving the tour was just the designer? He doesn't actually live in that house lmao. It was almost certainly built for some ultra-rich guy who backed out late in the construction. Also, the difference between "designer" and "architect" is the designer gives an idea of what it should look like and what should be there, and the architect takes that and does the actual engineering work to turn those ideas into a workable design for the construction crews. Usually the "designer" of a house is some combination of the house buyer and the home building company, but obviously mansions work a bit differently.
Funny stuff! If I close my eyes and listen to that guy talk, not Michael and that fancy shirt, but the other guy - I would think that I was sometimes hearing Sylvester Stallone talking. haha.
This is my favorite mansion. It's beautiful (beside the cameras in the bathrooms) and the designer was very thoughtful (especially about the cameras in the bathrooms) o.O Also, Ryan is hilarious. 🤣😂🤣
