I've just started to watch the video and I understood the same until I saw your comment and I said... WHAT? LOL!
I was out in the sun and had to read it twice.

Put it this way folks..
MRE'S are military field rations, combat field food, survival food.
Nothing more & nothing less. When your in combat whether winter or summer, your meals become second nature, when fighting for your very life & the lives of your fellow soldiers their is little time to consider what or when your next meal may come. MRE's are put together with calories in mind and not so much the flavor. Calories keep soldiers from fatigue outside of needed sleep. At times when war plays out a soldier isnt thinking about taste just give him/her food meant for recovery. You want taste ? join the Navy.!

I bet you wouldn't think the hot beverage bag was so useless if u were in the middle of the wood's with absolutely no heat source besides the FRH. If u wanted hot coffee the only way to get it would be to use that bag to put your water in to put in the frh to get your hot water for that coffee

The raisins surprised me they usually tough it out but they sounded horrible. The cheese spread was nasty lol. Surprised the rest held up as good as it did. Awesome review hopefully the raisen taste didn't stick with you to long.
The raisin taste definitely lingered and stayed the rest of the day.. Worst MRE raisins I’ve ever had 😅

MRE’s never filled me up. I’d always have to scam 1 or 2 more. The only one I never really liked was the tuna with noodles especially if it was hot.
I’m not a big fan of the tuna and noodles either.. probably the worst MRE menu
I've seldom been so relieved to hear anything as I was to hear that you weren't going to eat that cheese spread. I wouldn't want you to put anything in your mouth that I feel a little sick to even look at!

Hey mate, well that's another great video with some very interesting contents.... That cheese spread looked very interesting..... Funnily enough the raisins to me looked pretty good. I guess looks can be deceiving! lol Great work mate. ;)

@lync1505 I like your profile picture. I have a 150lb Rottie right next to me. He decided he was a lap dog a while ago & almost squished me to death. 😂
@@ohmbug10 Thank you mate, he was my best mate who we sadly lost a few years ago. Most people were scared by him but he was an oversized lap dog too with a heart of gold. I miss him every day..... But we were blessed to have had 10 years full of love from him.
@@lync1505 I'm sorry for your loss. We just got Bubby this summer. He was terribly abused by previous owners. He's a survivor and just a great part of the family.

I was in the army 18 years and the only time I used a frh was if I was pulling a gag on someone. Cold MRE’s are the best.
