The RO Discord had someone test with and without the Insight buff. With the full gear setup, you hit .28 seconds delay without the Insight buff and .18 seconds with it, and they confirmed the drops you earn are pretty much the same. So you shouldnt have to worry about the Cat Buff anymore.

And hey, don't sell confusing powder to NPC. Despite so many stocks on exchange, confusing powder is sells so fast because they/we use it to make material to refine/repair ancient equipment.

Yeah, Raw Zeny in this area is lower than SHG if you compared however, if you are in need of Oridecons I guess this is the right place aside from the bats in Dark Light Forest..

SP is not an issue as long as you are using the One Eye Captain Backgear. The purpose of the offhand I used is for Cast Delay. The more Cast Delay you have the better and faster Arm Cannon.
