How much time it will take for converting M Tech into PhD in IISc?

Is it too hard to get 8 CGPA in IISC ?
Not really. If a person can make it to IISc, it's not difficult to get 8CGPA

Sir if I completed mtech in cense then how to apply for phd so I can get mtech and phd both degree.for example in iit you can do phd after mtech if you have 8 cgpa in mtech and you get both degrees. Please reply me soon sir .
